By using Cassator Corp.'s platforms and products ('Cassator', 'we', 'us'), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any of the terms, stop using our services.

Description of services
Cassator provides access to the Sl8 platform and its key features:
- Sl8: SocialFi platform for creators and communities
- RWA Platform Sl8: human tokenization and participation in Initial Sales
- Wallet & Staking: asset custody, transfers, swaps, and staking
- Paid Content and reward mechanics: subscriptions, paid posts, tips & rewards
Gold Eagle may be used as a gamified reward mechanic within Sl8 and the RWA platform, but is not a standalone investment product.

User accounts
Most features require registration. You are responsible for:
- Privacy your credentials
- All activity on your account
- Providing accurate information at registration

Intellectual property
Content you publish remains your intellectual property. By publishing content on Cassator platforms, you grant us a limited license to display it within the service. Cassator's trademarks and technologies are protected.

Prohibited Activities
When using our services, the following is prohibited:
- Violation of applicable laws and regulations
- Distribution of malicious content
- Hacking attempts or unauthorized access
- Spam and manipulation of reward systems
- Actions violating community rules

Limitation of liability
Services are provided 'as is'. Cassator is not liable for losses related to the use of blockchain technology, token volatility, or technical failures. Users are responsible for their financial decisions.

Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are heard in courts at the company's place of registration.

Changes to terms
We may update these Terms. We notify users of material changes by email or via a platform notification. Continued use after notification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
